2009 - 2013Responsible for the retailer and food service business in France, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium & Luxembourg. Management of the marketing and the strategic commercials with full responsibility for targets, results, including long-term planning, and new products launches. Responsibility of 26 people: 6 direct reports; piloting the marketing strategy, targets of growth and profitability. Redefine the organizational structure; open new markets, oversee the main decisions in pricing and participation in strategic reviews with shareholders.
key achievements:
• Turnaround of a loss-making situation, £4 M turnover, in a profitable £20 M company with a steady growth.
• Opened a food service business (ie: Air France / Compass / Google canteen, etc…).
• Opened 4 new countries (Switzerland, Belgium, Canada and Luxembourg), establishing strategic local alliances (ie: Emmi in Switzerland, Danone in France, etc..).
• Launched new products and established a new communication platform (national television).
• Led 2 internal reorganizations, in order to accommodate growth and expand profitability.
