    2012 - maintenant ITER Buildings Project: Delivery of the design, procurement and construction management for the building, infrastructures and electrical power supplies of the ITER project.

    Responsible of all activities related to mechanical and electrical systems for building 61 from construction phase to take over:
    - Schedule follow-up
    - Quality management for Manufacturing Inspection Plans and Erection Inspection Plans
    - Management of Non Conformities and their resolves
    - Management of interfaces in between building and mechanical and electrical equipment
    - Management of Project Change Requests
    - Checks whether the procurement of piping/ducts and equipment for early and final deliveries are performed according to the technical specifications
    - Consistency of all systems construction planning in relation to the ITER construction (For RFE dates), commissioning and operation plans
    - Management of PFM (Proposal of Field Modification): Investigation and resolution of design-related issues encountered during construction to avoid or mitigate construction delays
    - Management of test plans and procedures: Assessment and approval test documents based on functional description and acceptance criteria
    - Management of testing and commissioning activities

    Responsible for the test and commissioning activities under ENGAGE responsibility:
    - Writing of ENGAGE T&C strategy plan: definition of organisation and tools to follow up T&C activities
    - Writing of applicable document to define requirements expected from the Contractors: definition of main rules to carry out tests for systems
    - Assessment of T&C documents issued by Contractors
    - Schedule follow-up: supervision of the progress
    - Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) follow-up: spot check at factory prior to authorise the shipping
    - Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) follow-up based on test plan, procedures
    - Review of test reports
    - Interface management from mounting phase to commissioning phase
