As Director Southern Europe at Bigpoint, I developed a 30 M€ turnover in the region, owned the P&L and managed a team of 15 people, in 3 offices (Hamburg, Paris, Rome), covering sales, business development, marketing, community support and localization. I gained hands-on experience in acquisition and monetization (€10M budget) in the hottest business in gaming, Free2Play. I developed an extensive distribution partnerships network and a deep understanding of issues involved in setting up local offices.
Responsibilities:
► Drive Bigpoint's growth in Southern Europe
► Manage the French and Italian subsidiaries, P&L ownership
► Manage a 15 strong team, in 3 offices (Hamburg, Paris, Rome), covering sales, business development, marketing, community support and localisation
► Business development: build and develop successful business partnerships to increase the distribution and promotion of Bigpoint's portfolio of browser games
► Multi-channel marketing, monetization and funnel optimization: adapt, optimize, implement and develop performance marketing (SEM, SEO, Media, Display, viral, SMA...), CRM, PR and payment strategies
► Grow the turnover and registered base of Bigpoint major Free2Play games : Farmerama, Dark Orbit, SeaFight, Battlestar Galactica, Ice Age…
► Source local content, develop relationships with gaming developers to publish and distribute their games
► Make the whole customer experience feel local

► Grew monetisation from partnerships by 30%
► Optimized the ROI of the yearly digital marketing budget (10 M€ acquisition spending). Reduced the CPL by 25%

As Head of New Services at SFR, I developed high growth potential new content services. We launched the first cloud gaming service on TV in 2010 (world premiere), convergent with other screens (PC, smartphones, tablets). I also launched SFR gambling portal.
Responsibilities:
► Create and lead the marketing strategy and execution for new content services to generate product differentiation, consumer preference and ARPU growth
► Business development and account management: digital content publishers, cloud gaming providers, strategic partners
► Digital marketing, product marketing, acquisition and engagement: paid, owned and earned
► Management of a team of 3 as well as consulting resources
Achievements:
► Launch of the first cloud gaming service on TV in 2010 (world premiere). The service will total 10M€ turnover in 2013 and is identified as strategic for SFR. Accesses on PC, smartphones and tablets deployed.

As Head of Games, I was responsible for a 27M€ content service, managing the gaming business including strategy, business development, marketing, app stores, product and service management. I have led SFR’s gaming business to become a leader in Europe.
Responsibilities:
► Design and execute the strategy and development for a 27M€ content service (2008 figures)
► Business development / partnership building: publishers, app stores, platform providers
► Product and mix marketing, co-marketing, PR, inbound and outbound acquisition
► Manage a team of 2 as well as consulting resources, management and tracking of the service budget and P&L

► 600% growth in 5 years (activity started in 2002)

► Established and maintained “SFR Jeux” as the largest mobile games portal in France and Europe for over 5 years
