Scope : 5 plants (1200 persons) – 2011 production's volumes : 750 KT of yogurts for french market (75%) and other countries (25%).

- Innovation : Build and propose industrial solutions for new innovation's projects (CAPEX, planning, sourcing solutions & costing). Animate the project portfolio management for Danone France. Member of the central Innovation Commitee.
- Productivity : Co-lead and implement the transversal productivity process for operations (manufacturing, supply-chain, SSD, R&D) – 41 M€ projects pipe.
- S&OP : Coordinate the 5 factories production planning to ensure the consistent answer to demand and improve CSL and Stock level.
- Export Management : Coordinate and drive the innovation and productivity projects for all export CBU's (180KT volumes) : activity management – solutions, timing, Raws&packs execution.
- Strategy : Leader of the Strategical Operations Plan for Danone France (included Manufacturing, Supply-chain, SSD, R&D, Quality).

- Manage and improve the whole operationnal efficiency of the plant and ensure the SQCDMN excellence contract (implement T.P.M., flex scheduling...)
- Guarantee high level of productivity for the plant in every fields : direct costs, overheads, losses, a.s.o...and deliver a yearly average of 7% manufacturing contribution.
- Build and implement a strong transformation plan for production and maintenance organizations to improve performance, flexibility and motivation.
- Attend and negociate with unions members to set up a collaborative environment.
- Build and execute a new safety management system based on « Dupont » methodology and reach a 60% reduction of lost time accident.
Manage and motivate a major technical team in a sensible social context
Define and organize maintenance roadmap to improve technical and economical results (10% optimisation on maintenance costs)
Build and launch a new organization lab. for the plant including maintenance and production to enhance synergy and flexibility
