o E-marketing: creation of a Facebook page (designed a new logo, made a short but efficient description of the establishment, etc) in order to promote the hotel through online communication tools; provided 100 fans within a week, regularly published special offers or pictures, responded to clients’ posts, etc.; with the aim of attracting new customers and retaining previous guests.
