February 2013 : Join Subsea 7 Pipeline Production Team (PPT) for the offshore welding activities preparation and production follow up :
Responsabilities :
- Review suplier's technical offers;
- Active support during WPQT phase (Meeting, technical clarifications, review of mechanical tests results etc...);
- Review supplier's welding books;
- Issue offshore welding procedures (welders training, qualification procédures, consummables storage procédures..)
- Prepare all welding and NDT offshore activities;
- Define and purchase all welding and NDT equipments/consummables needed offshore;
- Support welding and NDT suppliers on the set up of their equipments on Subsea 7 vessels
- Follow-up offshore welders training, welders qualification and production.

- L60 & L67 projects for Pemex (Gulf Of Mexico);
- GES Block 31 project for BP (Angola);
- Martin Linge project for Total (Norway & UK)
- Heidelberg project (Gulf Of Mexico)
Offshore Mobilization onboard of Subsea 7 Seven Borealis Vessel :
Martin Linge project (Total) - 24" Carbon Steel installation (S-Lay) :
- Follow-up welding equipment mobilization in Rotterdam (1 week);
- Follow up welders qualification and pipelay in Norway-Offshore (3 weeks).
GES Block 31 project (British Petrolum)-12,75" Carbon steel pipeline installation (S-Lay) :
- Follow up welding equipment mobilization in Port Gentil-Gabon (3 days)
- Follow up welders qualification and pipelay in Angola offshore (1 month)
CLOV project (Total) -10" Water Injection and 12" Gas Export lines installation (J-Lay) :
- Support on the welding subcontractors Equipment set up on Seven Borealis firing line for L60 and L67 projects;
- Follow up 10.75" WI & 12.75" GE pipelay in Angola-offshore (1 month).
July 2010 up to now : active support on tendering activities (in conjunction to project activities) :
Responsabilities :
- Issue welding and NDT technical deliverables;
- Review suppliers technical offers;
- Issue technical qualifications on Client requirements (Client particular spécifications, API 1104, DNV OS F101 etc.);
- Evaluation of production rates;
- Support SCM department and Vessel Support Teams
