Bonjour,

Je suis Chloé Aimaretti, étudiante à l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier.
A la rentrée 2020, j'intègre le master FESAPCA (Formulation, Evaluation Sensorielle et analyses des industries de la Parfumerie, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique alimentaire) en parcours arômes alimentaires.
Dans ce cadre, je suis à la recherche d'une alternance de 12 mois basée sur le rythme 2 mois formation / 2 mois entreprise. Je suis disponible dès le 1er juillet 2020. Devenir aromaticienne est mon rêve car ce métier me permet d'allier ma créativité, mon amour de l'alimentaire avec mes compétences poussée d'ingénieure chimiste.

    I have been part of the whole flavors formulation (GC-MS analysis, compounding, sensorial evaluation etc) as well as sensorial analysis on raw materials. I work on my own project related to flavors application in cream liquors beverages. I also worked on formulas optimization (cost matters, replacement of acetaldehyde and diacetyl etc.)

    I have been part of the flavors formulation process. I also developed the right application recipes for client expectations related to beverage flavors. I performed work on flavors' shelf-life and quality control.

    I made the market research for the luxury dish of ``foie-gras''. I found resellers and I developed a marketing strategy to sell the product. I enhanced my communication,

    2017 - 2017 ASSISTANT OF PHD STUDENT
    I worked on the study of block-copolymers assembly during solvent vapor annealing via ellipsometry analysis. I worked with a PhD student in research and development.
