COURTABOEUF2008 - maintenantAs a member of the core engagement team in HP Services , I am responsible for the full end-to-end outsourcing solution design throughout the engagement life cycle (from Opportunity Creation until Contract Signature and including solution hand-over to the Account Delivery Team), both for new customers as well as for the HP installed base. I manage the pursuit (engagement) solution team, and act as an interlock between HP and the Client, to ensure the proposed solution is addressing the business needs and can be delivered by HP at the best possible costs. I am also the primary interface into Global Delivery management for the other engagement functions (e.g. Opportunity Consultant, HR consultant, Engagement Lead, etc) for all aspects of the solution.
From 2006 to 2008: HP Outsourcing Solution Consultant
Being part of an HP services engagement team, I am developing end-to-end outsourcing solution. My area of responsibility is covering the all engagement process, from the development of opportunity until the final contractual agreement. I am also working on the transfer of agreed solution to HP delivery teams. My scope includes both potential new customers and existing ones.
In this role, I am making the linkage between the customer and HP: I need to ensure that the proposed solution is properly addressing the business needs and that this solution is manageable by HP appropriate teams and within the costs constraints.
