    - Conducted intelligence watch and consolidated the selection of biological targets to be included in the project portfolio and their validations for an A1 investment decision.
    - Senior Scientist expert in skin angiogenesis, nociception, vascular function, neuro-inflammation, inflammation, hemostasis and coagulation.
    - Analyzed and gave recommendations for licensing opportunities. Involved in the partnership with the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca.
    - Wrote patents, scientific articles and summaries.

    Pharmacodynamy Unit Manager:
    - Developed pre-clinical PK/PD approach for all projects and prepared transition to efficacy studies. Led and managed 2 engineers and 3 technicians
    - Responsible for in vivo pre-clinical studies (from design and planning to reporting) and contributed to the strategy for the identification and the pharmacological evaluation and selection of drug candidates and associated biomarkers.
    - Project team representative in neuroinflammation projects (until decision C), research support for Brimonidine tartrate (Mirvaso).

    Courbevoie 2011 - 2013 Designed research plans with project team, through interactions with scientific experts and opinion leaders.
    Elaborated the strategy for the identification and the pharmacological evaluation and selection of drug candidates.

    Courbevoie 2009 - 2015 Team manager, in vivo pharmacology studies.
    Project team representative in neuroinflammation projects.
    Preclinical model implementation in various therapeutic areas (including Rosacea, Acne, Psoriasis, skin Cancer, chemotherapy-induced alopecia) to assess the efficacy of research and external NCEs using robust and reproducible read-outs.

  • Sanofi - Chercheur Biochimie Oncologie

    Paris 2007 - 2009 Modified and targeted glycoproteins in cellulo and in vivo in the angiogenic and tumoral microenvironment.

    Biochemical and proteomic analysis, flow cytometry, intravital microscopy applied to mice, zebrafish and tumoral rodent models.

    More than 20 new targets identified (1 publication).

  • Efs - PhD pharmacology moléculaire et cellulaire

    2003 - 2007 Studied the mechanisms of thrombosis and hemostasis, François Lanza’s team.

    Title: “Development and characterization of a mesenteric arterial thrombosis model induced by a laser beam and evaluation of new antiplatelet therapies.”
    Published 9 publications, 3 as first author.

    Teacher at the University Technology Institute (IUT) Louis Pasteur.
