Industrial Management Engineer & Executive MBA whole experienced managing full factory activities of aeronautic manufacturing sites as an international multi sites plant manager, including financial control & budget (P&L), operations, logistics, purchasing, commercial, technical, Lean manufacturing, quality, HR & EHS, supporting Headquarter and CEO in France.
Currently I'm working as Business Unit manager in LATecoere Group Colomiers (31), within a leading & dynamic aeronautic group, where I demonstrated a very strong adaptability, I developed an expertise officer to define and lead the development plans, optimize economic, industrial performance and customer service. I am also an expert to conduct of change in the phases of business development.

    Labege 2013 - maintenant 10 M€ 2015 turnover, 150 people
    Managing a leading services Business Unit in aerospace and defense activities.
    Involving in all electrical harnesses projects for major airplanes manufacturer (Airbus, Dassault, Boeing and Bombardier)
    Developing through a wild range of realization in-situ or ex-situ as such as:
    Non serial production, for “one shot” projects including flying company support
    FAL installation, for installations works on Airbus Final Assembly Line.
    Maintenance, for Service Bulletin applications and major programs repair.
    Main achievements:
    Manage the multi-sites A350 XWB WP9 center fuselage flying test harnesses program (6M$). Great thanks to the new approach in term of organization and reporting for these activities, strong business partnerships with the Airbus FTI team (Risks, KPIs, EVM management, GRAMS deployment,…). LATelec become a reference for this activity.

  • SEALATelec - International plant manager

    2010 - 2013 8 M€ 2013 turnover (M.O only), 800 people on 4 production sites
    Managing multi sites plant for onboard electrical harnesses, bays and racks production.
    Involving in all near shore industrial transfers for Airbus and Dassault products.
    Developing a long term industrial policy by industrial organization, local supply chain partnership and implementation of cost cutting.
    Main achievements:
    Mobilize my core team in order to increase the resources maturation of the company and to achieve "good, the first time" project within 4-pronged; mind set, development of skills, practical management and governance.
  • SEALATelec (Tunisia) - Industrial Manager

    2008 - 2010 Onboard electrical harnesses production 150 people
    Managing the industrial teams (engineering, production, quality, logistic and maintenance)
    Developing process and flow optimizing tools
    Developing Lean Manufacturing approach to reduce lead time including the suppliers and to optimize the level of stocks (reducing 30% of lead time and 15% of stock level by an innovative approach).
