MARSEILLE

En résumé

I have a background in cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, oncology and virology. During my PhD in the lab UMR8203 at Institute Gustave Roussy (Villejuif), I worked about different treatments to fight cancer, notably with chemotherapies and oncolytic viruses (adenovirus). More specially, I combined an oncolytic adenovirus with Histone deacetylase inhibitors (epigenetic drugs) to improve anti-tumor effects in Vitro and in Vivo on different kidney and colon cancer cells. Then I performed a post-doctoral position at Inserm U1068 (Marseille) to better understand the molecular mechanisms of some cancers like the pancreatic cancer and its microenvironment. Then I moved in USA (Charlotte NC), in a lab from UNCC where I performed a second post-doctoral position about the treatment of pancreatic cancer cells with an oncolytic agent based on vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV). Now (since July 2018), I am working at University of Pennsylvania (Upenn) about immunotherapy strategy based on non-viral gene therapy.
