Working for Orange Cloud for Business, providing major datacenter facilities and hosting cloud solutions (Private/Hybrid/Public) for Orange group and International customers.

I'm managing around 20 people, split between Rennes (France) and Cairo (Egypt), and organized into 2 teams oriented on Production (RUN) transversal support :
Problem Management > team of Problem Managers (ITIL) implying technicals skills, transversal coordination of experts and support teams, complex problems analysis, synthetic communication and quick-thinking mind.
Technical Management > team of Project Managers leading and coordinating refresh/release projects, ensuring handover from Implementation teams to Run Ops teams, bringing technical support to Service Dalivery Managers and also ensuring Supplier Management for Operationnal purpose.

This mix of high-tech equipment and innovative solutions, criticality of the production environments of our customers, relationship with multiple contacts gives me a real professional and personal challenge.

Finally, the development of my management skills is constantly progressing within a multi-cultural environnement, mixing high diversity and remote management, and relying on my natural communication skills.
