  and ATEX conformance for offshore fusion welding machine prototype (TubeFuse Newcastle).

  Newcastle (ATMEL) to China for TSMC,

  2004 - 2007 Quality SE was created to serve existing customer and develop Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
  programs for start-up companies in France. Main Customers projects performed were:
  * Intega High Purity Systems: QSE Coordinator for all high purity gasses for AMD Dresden(GERMANY) ;
  * ST Microelectronics: Tours - France. QHSE implementation for internal technology transfer involved
  moving 200 pieces of sensitive equipment for the production of Power IC's. Measurement of EMC
  conformance and assessment of overall safety conformity to CE regulations for equipment imported from
  the USA.
  * SOITEC: Health & Safety manager for equipment transfer from CEA site in Grenoble for Soitec (Crolles).
  Responsible for the safe work practice and implementing of Health & safety protocol for handling and
  energizing of dangerous chemicals and gasses used in the SOI process.
  * Crolles 2 Alliance: Health & Safety Coordinator: Writing protocol for start up of toxic gas distribution
  network and confinement cabinets. Inspection of installations, materials and welding.
  * ST Microelectronics: Rennes - France. Health, Safety and Quality manager for relocation project of
  microprocessor manufacturing to Singapore. Responsible for the safe shutdown of the equipment, and
  limitation of the industrial risk for the equipment during the closure of the factory amidst a strong social
  upheaval.

• Meridionali Impianti - Quality Engineer

  2001 - 2003 For a large Acid exhaust system installed at ST Microelectronics in Crolles France. Responsible for drafting of
  technical documents, Nonconformities Management, corrective actions and preventive corresponding, Quality Plan,
  and procedures, follow-up of planning, management follow up of Quality indicators, responsible for testing
  procedures, test reports and final sign off of the exhaust system.

• Applied Mechanical Europe - Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician & Engineer

  1996 - 2001 Specialist in High purity fluid for the semiconductor industry. Duties and responsibilities included testing for
  impurities in Gas, UP Water, and chemical systems, assurance of protocol adherence for installation contractors,
  performing weld inspection, and verifying cleanroom conformity according to customer specifications.

• AGA - QC Technician & Engineer

  1992 - 1996 Gas conditioning (pure gas and mixture), fractionation of the air (acetylene production), electrolysis and technique
  of analyses (water of the coolant circuit analyzes), tests on SHAW (SH-TR) on nitrogen circuit..
