    - Full rework on e-commerce web site of the customer journey + integration of the account management system
    - Database Merging in order to have only one operational customer data base within the Decathlon IS
    - Put in place a high availability platform for hosting the account management service (2H SLA)

    - Deployment on time of the first pilot version in 10 months

    - Successful integration within e certain number of e-commerce website

    > Development of a new CRM/loyalty web/mobile portal for customer acquisition and data management.

    * Project Management:
    - Contribute to the functional definition of the project features
    - Put in place a project organization based on Agile method (SCRUM) including the functional team
    - Setting up + animation of a Dev team
    - Project follow-up + roadmap definition + coordination with other projects

    * Architecture:
    - Software & Infrastructure Design of the new Web responsive portal for customers based on Spring/Hibernate/GWT/PostgreSQL
    - Definition and implementation of a non regression testing process (Cucumber / Selenium / JUnit / H2) + TestLink
    - Design and optimization of a new technical platform architecture for hosting the application

  • Alcatel-Lucent Ventures - Internal Venture Founder

    2010 - 2012 Founder of an internal venture on mobile "appvertising" at Alcatel-Lucent Ventures

    Transform an innovative idea into a commercial product: design, development and promotion of location-based advertising platform for smartphones based on the principle of "appvertising" (brand promotion through their mobile applications).

    * Project Management :
    - Product management - « Product Owner » (roadmap definition, backlog, resources,customers’ feedback)
    - Marketing plan – actively contribute to the definition of the business model, product positioning, competition analysis, legal issues)
    - Project follow-up and reporting and external services (UI design and ergonomic)
    - Build a multidisciplinary team of 8 persons
    - Put in place a Agile methodology based on SCRUM

    - Solution Architect (software and infrastructure) – deployment of the solution on the Amazon Cloud Computing platform
    - Implementation of complex algorithms for an data/statistic analytic engine based on a « big data » cluster (Hadoop - MapReduce)
    - Active participation in the development of software components: Web Portail, Mobile Apps, business logic (JAVA, Android, PHP, REST, MySQL, etc.)
