    2013 - maintenant Leader of the technical documentation and publication team.
    The technical publication team is in charge of sub contracted the writing, localization and publication of technical documentation covering all voice products and applications of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

    Major Achievements:
    * Costs reduction above 30 percent 2015 ;
    * Quality improvements with formal reviews of every documents update and translation initiated for end user documentation. ;
    * Re brand and renew of the Business Partner Web site where technical documents are published. ;

  • ALCATEL LUCENT ENTERPRISE - Program Manager

    2010 - maintenant In charge of Project Research & Deployment within end customer and business partner's environments. Supervision and follow-up of more than 20 projects a year.

  • ALCATEL LUCENT ENTERPRISE - Program Manager of Unified Communication Solution

    2008 - 2010 This mission has been put in place after purchase of a startup in order to speed up the integration of this new branch inside our organization. (including product Marketing, Research & Development and support teams).
    Interface with local companies (Shoretel, Lifesize or Broadsoft) to develop North America business with applications, such as My Teamwork®.
    Project manager for the Alcatel-Lucent in house deployment of our Unified Communication solution, working closely with Hewlett-Packard IT team and involved in several huge customer deals all over the world.

    2005 - 2010 Russia and France are the main places where the team is dispatched.
    Coordinate Marketing, R&D, Customer Support, Purchasing, Quality, Training, Sales and Operation.

    Unified Communication is a global set of applications like Voice and Instant Messaging, Routing, Telephony from any desktop or device, Collaboration, Conferencing, Voice Mail, Video, Fax.
    Interface for Fax OEM software taken from SAGEM for re distribution through our channels.

    Started in 1991 at Alcatel-Lucent Business System as a developer for A4400 PBX then become leader and team leader.
    Creation by March 1999 of a strong department focusing on IP solutions, Software Manager for Voice Over IP product development.
    Responsible of my own team among several other development teams.
    Act also as a quality manager for the whole department.
    Became in 2000 technical release manager for R&D performing project management of several releases of our solutions.

    Main Achievement:
    • Development of a "Multimedia Call Handling" proof of concept
    • First IP PCX solution known as OmniPCX Enterprise launch

  • Jeumont-Schneider TELECOM (BOSCH) - Developer in Research and Development organization
