  • Gemalto - WCE Manager

    Meudon 2012 - maintenant In charge to develop World-Class-Enterprise (WCE) culture in the plant of Pont-Audemer (400 employees) in order to roll-out fast-paced improvements on key-to-customer indicators (lead time, quality and productivity). Methods deployed on the site: Lean 6-sigma (DMAIC green/black belts), Training within industry (TWI), 5S, gemba walk, visual management & standard work for managers.
  • Gemalto - LATAM Manufacturing Controller

    Meudon 2010 - 2012 Financial Controller for the manufacturing organization in Latin America (4 plants, 1200 employees ). Main missions and achievements: (i) Team management (10 people) - vision & strategy for a controller to be a business partner; (ii) Lean controlling philosophy enhancement; (iii) Definition of manufacturing strategy during budget exercise and deployment of key programs (incl. inventory reduction by almost 50% in one site); (iv) Business acquisition and integration (banking personalization center in Mexico).
  • Gemalto - Manufacturing Controller

    Meudon 2009 - 2010 I participated to the implementation of Lean manufacturing culture in the plant of Cuernavaca (ca. 500 employees) . The “single-piece flow” project, which obtained the gold-award in Gemalto, led to more than 75% reduction of work-in-process and manufacturing cycle time. As controller, I took as well the opportunity to replicate the Lean philosophy on administrative processes.
  • Gemalto - Software & Services WW Controller

    Meudon 2007 - 2009 Financial Controller of the brand-new worldwide product line so-called Mobile Communication Solution, Software & Services (revenue around 70MEUR, +50% growth).
    With the commercial area, I worked out the key indicators for business reviews and Sales Incentive Plans, while writing the specific revenue recognition policy.
    With delivery teams (500 engineers), I focused on implementing financial metrics that reflect operational decision-making drivers (time tracking tool, resource utilization rate; projects cost accounting, estimates-at-completion, etc.).
    With the marketing manager, I participated to the definition of the strategic roadmap to support revenue growth and reach break-even point for budget 2009
  • Gemalto - Public Telephony Business Line Controller

    Meudon 2006 - 2007 As controller of the declining worldwide Public Telephony activity (Revenue ca. 40MEUR), I participated to the profitability recovery from break-even point to 10% EBIT and support the management team until end of 2007.
  • Gemalto - Business Analyst

    Meudon 2004 - 2006 reporting to the CFO
    Strategic and business analyses, publication of financial results, internal audit missions, participation to the preparation of Gemalto merge and follow-up.
  • Fondacio - Volunteer

    2003 - 2004 One-year volunteer, in charge of the development of an arising project (“Un Hogar mas Digno”): communication, finance and civil work coordination.
