    Regional CIO CEMAI (Central & Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, Africa, and India Sub-Continent) Responsible for all informatic matters of the 108 countries of the region, acting as a business partner and Informatics Information Manager to the Regional Business head and his Leadership Team ensuring the Informatic Management activities, budgets (0.74% of sales) and portfolios are prioritized and strategically and operationally aligned with the business needs as well as the Informatic strategies. This role includes also maintained customer satisfaction and commitments met in terms of quality, timing, costs through effective delivery of Informatic services, owning the Sales and Marketing information systems (including web, Customer Relationship Management system, Analytic &Reporting).
    Headed as well the CRM harmonization program, where we harmonized the processes within 3 month (80 Business people) and deployed the commonly agreed solution to all countries within 8 month (project finished end August 2010).
    The 2011 focus is on deploying SAP ERP to 54 countries in 13 month were we are well on track achieving our ambitious objective, and deploying iPads as single device to all our sales-reps by year end.



    2001 to 2007:

    Head of Global Competence centers of 240 people (SAP, ARIBA & SUN)with People located across the globe
    Main responsibility: maintenance enhancement & development of all applications for Finance, supply chain, and HR ensuring globalization, standardization, portfolio management & prioritization, global resourcing, global budget management and Outsourcing programm manager for the whole Roche Informatic since Feb 2005

    Asia Pacific SAP Competence Center Manager (Expat in Sydney-Australia).
    Head of SAP Configuration team of 18 persons
    Head of Technical support Center (Unix, Basis, Oracle) of 6 people
    Head of Programming team (ABAP, SQL, Java, C++) for 7 people

    • New Validation Baseline CSV & GMP)
    • Upgrade of 9 countries from SAP 3.1.H to 4.6.C.     Pharma SAP implementation as global project leader for Chemical plants with main responsibilities in planning and coordinating tasks, validation, documentation, configuration, ABAP/4 development, authorization, change control, client strategy, and network redesign for all the Roche Pharma Chemical sites (Cuernavaca, Mexico ; Florence, USA; Boulder, USA; Springfield, USA; Mannheim, Germany; Penzberg, Germany; Clarecastle, Ireland; and Basel, Switzerland) . Documentum (Document management tool) implementation and training for all sites

    Vitamin research SAP implementation.
