Regional CIO CEMAI (Central & Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, Africa, and India Sub-Continent) Responsible for all informatic matters of the 108 countries of the region, acting as a business partner and Informatics Information Manager to the Regional Business head and his Leadership Team ensuring the Informatic Management activities, budgets (0.74% of sales) and portfolios are prioritized and strategically and operationally aligned with the business needs as well as the Informatic strategies. This role includes also maintained customer satisfaction and commitments met in terms of quality, timing, costs through effective delivery of Informatic services, owning the Sales and Marketing information systems (including web, Customer Relationship Management system, Analytic &Reporting).
Headed as well the CRM harmonization program, where we harmonized the processes within 3 month (80 Business people) and deployed the commonly agreed solution to all countries within 8 month (project finished end August 2010).
The 2011 focus is on deploying SAP ERP to 54 countries in 13 month were we are well on track achieving our ambitious objective, and deploying iPads as single device to all our sales-reps by year end.
