Graduated with a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the ESIL engineering school, I have acquired 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
I worked for one year in a CRO based in France as a Research Engineer to develop analytical method of clinical samples to detect respiratory viruses. I obtained then three years of experience in Novartis (UK) within the biomarker department. As a Scientist, I was in charge to determine and validate critical genetic biomarkers for clinical trials. Since 2010, I am working at Merck Serono in the neurodegenerative disease R&D department in Geneva and develop in vitro assays for drug screening.
