Already in Singapore with a Student Visa, I am looking for an internship in your law firm, Bank or Company (legal department).
Looking backwards, my first experience out of France to study a foreigner law has been the foundation of my student actual background. Thanks to an exchange program which gave me the opportunity to study in Switzerland, my desire to internationalize was quickly confirmed, fully supported by my real ability to easily adapt and respect other cultures.
Thus, I initiated my studies with a Master 1 in Business Law at Aix en Provence University focusing on Banking, Competition law and Businesses Contracts. I also completed my Master 1 in International Legal Counselor: International Business Law. With its pragmatic and rich approach through studies of realistic contracts cases, I went thru topics that dealt with financing in respect of international laws which were very rewarding, definitely enabling a wider understanding and knowledge than the strict national view.
This success in my second Master gave a concrete shape to my wish to work out France boundaries, and more particularly in Asia.
During my successive internships, I was entrusted by the lawyers with responsibilities to directly assist in a merger acquisition case, in establishment of accounts approvals and enterprise status changes. Working in the heart of complex legal real cases has further enhanced my professional abilities in a corporate setting.
