    - Development and production supplier management (injection, blow-molding, welding, stamping). Investments up to 2.5M€
    - Cross-functional team management (Purchasing, Design, architecture, manufacturing, Aftermarket)
    - Technical management of consultant (designer & engineer), work package (India) & trainee.
    - Validation follow-up: request and tests internal (on truck) and at supplier level (elementary bench)
    - Feature test: night test, competitor benchmark, technology road-map
    - Homologation stakeholder
    -Various: FMEA knwoledge, Task force solving, Cost reductions
    - Leader of a process improvement team.

    Experience and success of leading several product development in parallel for both Volvo and Renault Trucks Brands(Investment up to 2.5 M€) introducing new technologies for the market.
