I strongly believe that a deep knowledge of finance IT systems and their successful implementation is essential for a Finance Director since it leads to an improvement of the finance team’s efficiency (a leaner culture), to a deeper business knowledge and a better customer focus.     Neuilly-sur-Seine 2013 - 2014 As a part of the Corporate IT team, my principal task was the roll-out of Core model back office solutions.

    2 major achievements:
    - Managed SAP Core Model implementation teams (FI-CO-MM-PM-RE) for projects in Portugal, Germany and Sweden
    - Led a project on the choice of a Core HR solution with Spain and Portugal as pilot countries

  • JCDecaux - Finance Director

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2010 - 2013 Reporting to the CEO, I was acting as his finance business partner in terms of growth and profitability improvement.

    2 major achievements:
    - Restructured the finance team and streamlined the finance processes
    - Responsible of a SAP FI/CO and automated invoice processing systems’ (Readsoft and MediusFlow) implementation

  • JCDecaux - Financial Control Manager

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2007 - 2010 Reporting to the VP Corporate Finance Director, I was in charge of financial control of foreign subsidiaries (Scandinavian countries, UK, USA, Central and Eastern Europe and CIS countries)

    2 major achievements:
    - CEE/CIS CEO’s business partner in terms of growth and profitability improvement
    - Business consultant for the implementation of SAP FI/CO Core Model in foreign subsidiaries and a new Group Budgeting/Rolling Forecast tool

  • JCDecaux - Finance Systems Manager

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2003 - 2007 Reporting to the VP Corporate Finance Director, I was in charge of implementation and support of Corporate Finance systems.

    2 major achievements:
    - Managed the successful implementation through its full lifecycle of the new Corporate Consolidation/Reporting/Budgeting tool under BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BOFC)
    - Managed the IFRS conversion of the Carat tool (predecessor of the BOFC tool)

  • Umanis - Team Leader / Pincipal Consultant

    Levallois-Perret 1999 - 2003 Reporting to the COO, I was in charge of managing a team of 25 consultants and project managers with revenues to gross margin responsibility.

    2 major achievements:
    - Account Manager for Unilever Europe (Home and Personal Care division)
    - Implemented and supported finance IT systems with Unilever, Thomson Multimedia and GTS Europe
