Re-incorporated in 2010 by MCTEL (after 3 years spent from 2004 to 2006) to strengthen MCTEL wholesale A2P messaging and hosted SaaS activity, acquired in 2011 by Gemalto as Telecoms Core Network Business Unit. From 2010 to 2012, I structured the procurement (MNOs, aggregators), developed sales and profitability with MNOs, wholesalers, aggregators, large corporations and institutions. I optimised the technical SaaS architecture, operations processes and customer care.
