    2012 - maintenant In that position, I have conducted the full rebranding of the former Citibank Belgium into Beobank (Crédit Mutuel group) from identity creation to media campaign. After 12 months, Beobank awareness in Belgium reached 76%.
    Beobank offers a full range of retail banking products and services with 192 branches, advanced internet banking services and calling platforms. Beobank is market leader in consumer loans, credit cards and has a strong mass affluent offering in investment products.
    Beobank has the 5th largest media budget in Belgium and is leading in digital banking acquisition. Digital represents more than one third of Beobank activity.
    I manage a team of 30 professionals and I am a member of the Executive Management Committee.
  • Citibank - Direct Banking Head

    New York 2010 - 2012 In the context of the Bank evolution, I was appointed to launch and develop new channels following a multichannel approach:
    * Digital acquisition channels for credit cards and personal loans
    * Outbound Telesales platforms for acquisition and cross-sell
    * Inbound sales leveraging
    In that position, I was an Executive Management Committee Member.
  • Citibank - Sales Director

    New York 2008 - 2010 I managed the sales network for credit cards in Portugal. The sales channels covered digital, telesales, static and mobile sales forces. In that position, I have reorganized the sales force reducing it from 800 FTEs to 500 but kept the same level of sales activity by developing the remote and digital channels. In 2010, we were acquiring 8000 new clients per month.
