2011 - 2013As Operational Buyer, my mission was to fulfil Nestle Cameroun requirements for goods and
services in the right quality, quantity and time at the lowest cost of ownership, for the spend categories covering HR, IT, Legal, Corporate, Admin departments. This supposed:
- Determining method of procurement
- Identifying vendor for supply (competitive bidding)
- Initiating the purchase (depends upon procurement method chosen)
- Reviewing and track purchasing transaction
- Receipt the goods and services (depends upon procurement method chosen)
- Manage returns, credits and claims
- Running spend analysis to ensure cost improvement initiatives
2009 - 2010• Gérer les dossiers des employés (mises à jour des dossiers, classement)
• Assurer le suivi des congés annuels et absences puis mise à jour des tableaux de suivi des congés
• Assurer le suivi du volet CNPS (affiliation des nouveaux employés, suivi des allocations familiales, congés de maternité)
• Traitement des demandes d’acompte sur salaires, ainsi que les rémunérations des stagiaires
• Rédaction et mise à jours des procédures RH
• Etablir les différentes lettres administratives (attestations de congés, de virements irrévocables, de non endettement et endettement, certificat de travail, etc.)
• Gérer les flottes téléphoniques MTN & ORANGE (faire des demandes de puces et téléphones pour les nouvelles recrues, des demandes de suspension des lignes pour les départs,…)
• Etre l’interface entre certains partenaires sociaux et les employés (gérer les différentes réclamations d’employés pour ce qui concerne l’assureur, MTN, ORANGE, CNPS, etc.)
• Assurer le volet administratif pour les recrutements et départs des employés
