After three years heading the Project purchases for the THALES Group in India (5 resources: Purchasing / Quality / Technical), I have had the occasion of improving my knowledge and know-how in the various domains covered by the Purchasing function in the complex Indian environment, thus developping my analysis and synthesis capacity, as well as my negotiation skills.
As a result, I have acquired a strong knowledge of the Indian players present on all THALES suppliers' markets (from military activities with radar and aero projects to civil activities -air traffic control solutions, metro, etc).

With a dual profile Engineer Arts & Metiers (ENSAM) and MBA passed head of promotion, I am attracted with pursuing in the Purchasing field in the Industrial / Aerospace domain, either in the Paris region or abroad (regions of preference: USA, South America).

    Courbevoie 2007 - 2010 3 years at THALES India, heading Purchasing dpt. (Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager / 5 resources): Volume 2009: 25 MEUR
    -Bid / Project purchases: for the local projects of the Group –sourcing, consultation, negotiation of contracts (for 25 M€ in 2009) for major radar projects in India, supplier performance management / setting up of processes in coherence with the Group referential and in relevance with the local needs
    -Outsourcing projects: for the Group’s divisions –sourcing, qualification audits, consultation & subcontracting
    -Settling of an ASIA International Purchase Office for the Group in India, China, SEAN

  • PSA Peugeot Citroen - Project Manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2006 - 2007 6-month internship at PSA Peugeot Citroën in project management:
    -Setup & assessment of a new supplier in the field of a software tool to forecast and define the prices of new vehicles, in relationship with the supplier, final users, as well as budget managers and legal services representatives / also in charge of the coordination and training processes for the software tool
    -Conduct of economic studies & market research on future products
    -Setup of a follow-up procedure to observe new competitors from emerging markets

  • International Student Campus of Paris - Programmer - Project Manager

    2004 - 2005 Final Project for the International Student Campus of Paris: design and programming of website for students to book a room, and for management to deal with requests (www.maison-arts-et-metiers.fr), using PHP-MySQL (Open Source)

  • SERA Vietnam - Assistant Engineer

    2003 - 2004 6-month internship as an assistant-engineer in Saïgon (Vietnam) at SERA Vietnam:
    -Quality: setup the complete QMS (process, operation modes, formats) aiming at getting the ISO certification, supervising and training of staff on the good use of Procedures and Operation Modes (company ISO certified early 2005)
    -IT: design of software (in Visual Basic) to edit estimates
    -Finance: setup performance indicators
