Danhoé Reddy-Girard is a banking & finance partner within the Paris office of Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co.
Danhoé specialises in structured finance in the sectors of real estate, energy, infrastructure and public-private partnerships. As such, he advises:
- equity investors and lenders in relation to the origination of structured facilities (facility agreement, security package, inter-creditor agreement…) and their restructuring (conciliation agreement, new security package, fiducie…);
- debt investors wishing to take a participation in a structured facility (due diligence, deed of transfer, minimum participation agreement, securitisation documentation).
His banking & finance practice also includes advising on corporate finance, trade finance, the issuance bonds (including EMTN programs for local governments) and banking and financial regulations including anti money laundering and data privacy regulations.
In the property sector, Danhoe's practice goes beyond real estate finance and includes drafting asset management and other agreements and assistance with the completion of various real estate investment transactions (acquisition of properties, of shares in real estate companies, through a finance lease, through a profit-sharing loan…), coordinating the intervention of specialised teams within the firm.
