Daniel Bruno helps industrial technology enterprises succeed in global markets, and he has produced critical growth and profitability results for businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
Additionally, he brings international competencies in board & C-level executive leadership, P/L & operations, start-up & turnaround challenges, global sales & marketing, engineered projects, global key accounts, strategy, change management, and acquisitions.
His main areas of technology expertise are in mechatronics related fields: industrial and building automation, instrumentation & controls, energy efficiency, and test & measurement.
Daniel Bruno worked as a senior manager at the French-based multinational Schneider Electric, a leader in energy management solutions and providing systems for buildings and industrial automation, controls, and the smart grid. Prior, Mr. Bruno has served as the President – Americas and as the International Vice President, Sales and Marketing at the German firm HBM GmbH, a global leader and technology innovator in the test and measurement, data acquisition, and sensors businesses.
He has also led a multinational organization as the Director of the Automotive Strategic Business Unit at AEG Schneider Automation. He has broad applications and industry segment experience -aerospace, food and beverage, oil and gas, production machine OEMs, electrical utilities, metals, and building management systems.
Currently, Daniel is consulting to industrial, private equity, and large management consulting firms on their strategies and investments in industrial technology sectors.
Daniel Bruno held assignments based in Paris, Munich, and Frankfurt for 23 years, and previously in Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Boston. He is fluent in German, French, Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Italian. He holds an MBA from SMU and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
