Career path

I have been working for France Telecom since 1992.
Presently, I’m in charge to Pilot the design and the performance of the process " Deployment of the Equipments of Collect and Transmissions ".
I’ve also worked in a programmer in the planning department (plan & program networks : e.g. SDH, ATM, IP, GbE) annual budget :3 000 K€.
I’ve also worked in the deployment of systems for national network of France Telecom (e.g. : UNIX, Windows, Linux)-establishing a back office for the deployment and set up pilot.
I have also worked in the back office on Windows applications (OS & office applications) for intervention unit (method and application support for end users).
I have worked in the deployment of servers & computer graphics for back office and training of end users (Y2K Project Manager, the renewal of industrial park).
When I begun at France telecom I worked in the deployment of infrastructure for fibre networks (management of a team of 15 persons).

    2011 - maintenant Designer le processus de mise en supervision des équipements en IP sur le réseau d'exploitation pour les faisceaux hertziens. Insertion de ce cas de gestion au processus DECT depuis juin 2012.
    Animer les acteurs (production, exploitation), mettre en place le processus.
    Depuis le 18 avril 2012, le déploiement des fibres optiques du réseau structurant a intégré le processus DECT.
    L'ensemble de ces cas de gestion (infrastructure, transmission + collecte) représente la couche de transport pour les services d'orange.
    Mise en place d'indicateurs (d'activité, de fonctionnement, de résultat et d'efficience économique).
    Résultat validé par les 2 directions (exploitation et production).
    Effet boule de neige sur les autres productions ayant un besoin de télégestion en IP et pour la reprise de production IP Hors déploiement d'équipements (rattrapage IP).

  • France telecom (UPR SE) - Chargé de mission

    2009 - 2009 Within the framework of my functions I have to bring my support for the industrialization of a Local application in it IT of France Telecom.
    I accompany the MOA IT in the drafting of available necessary and indispensable by following the mile stone TTM.
    This mission of advice and audit is transverse in my main activities.

    • assurer le reporting afférent au processus.

    Collabore à la réalisation d’études d’architecture de réseau et à la réalisation d’études stratégiques.

    Paris 1996 - 1999 Assure le monitorat et le soutien des utilisateurs sur les différentes applications.
