A designer with degrees from the ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres and the école Boulle in Paris, I decided to settle in London to gain experience of British design culture, which places a high value on the service provided to the user and their overall experience, whether in architecture, services, or products.
My vision of the designer’s profession is focused on one fundamental concern: the user. I work at the boundary of ergonomics, including methods of observing users and, by looking sensitivly at new practices, in order to bring real fluidity to the user’s journey and to the experience we want to create. Arguing about the role of design, and communicating its real added-value to partners and customers in the process of innovation is one of the keys to a successful collaboration and successful project. I see the task of the designer as one of a multi-skilled team as essential to developing innovation projects.
