Expert of performance management and budget monitoring in the world of retail and Starches industry. As a true business partner, I am comfortable creating reports to enhance the performance serving company's strategy. As project manager, I led the change as a lean coach and helped set up a new management tool.

Man of challenge, passionate, enthusiastic, efficient with the taste of the customer, I participate in the monthly closing tasks, controlling the fixed costs of the function and monitoring the performance of the Global Business Unit.

Business owner of Qliksense application (digital application to monitor finance report, contract and price), I lead the core team in charge of training material and I also perform accuracy test.

    2019 - maintenant I actively participate in the monthly closing tasks, controlling the fixed costs of the function and monitoring the performance of the GBU as well as product lines. I am business owner for Qliksense application (reporting tool for commercial and financial management)

    My main missions are:
    > Be responsible for the robustness of the data used for GBU / Commercial reporting and work on data alignment
    > Develop commercial management control tools by optimizing processes and guaranteeing key performance indicators
    > Improve and optimize the reporting of the commercial function, both in terms of tools and reports and presentations.
    > Be an interface with GBU controllers in order to share best practices and ensure a certain harmonization of reporting.
    > Participate in transversal projects (Budget, MTP, ...)
    > Fixed costs management of GBU & Commercial (as well as Communication & Public Affairs)

  • Auchan - Contrôleur de gestion

    Villeneuve-d'Ascq 2013 - 2019 Animer l'écriture et l'atteinte du plan financier du chiffre d'affaires au résultat d'exploitation.
    - Etre force de proposition sur les stratégies prises en comité de direction (expertise d'analyse au service du décisionnel)
    - Accompagner les commerçants sur la réalisation des objectifs de rentabilité (animation des leviers de marge)
    - Etre garant du compte d'exploitation de l'hypermarché et prendre les bonnes orientations d'investissement
    - Viser les coûts les plus bas par une analyse budgétaire sur chaque ligne du frais par nature
    - Animer la qualité et la quantité du stock au service d'un commerce audacieux et rentable
    - Relais région pour la création de support d'analyse hyperion et pour l'analyse des charges de copropriété

  • AUCHAN CENTRALE D'ACHAT - CHEF DE PROJET "déploiement du progiciel METI pour l'appro magasin

    Villeneuve-d'Ascq 2011 - 2012 Auchan souhaite moderniser son outil informatique (AS400) pour répondre à un besoin de simplicité, d'uniformisation et pour préparer l'arrivée de la marge sur ventes.

    Au travers de ma mission, je coordonne la bascule informatique des magasins Auchan du Nord de la France (de la normandie aux ardennes) soit 26 magasins vers ce nouvel outil appellé "Mosaic Shop".

    L'équipe Nord est composé d'une dizaine d'animateurs projets. Nous intervenons sur le périmètre alimentaire LS.

  • Auchan - Chef de projet "lean management"

    Villeneuve-d'Ascq 2009 - 2010 Ma mission est d'accompagner les magasins sur la démarche lean renommée "efficacité opérationnelle" chez Auchan. Il s'agit d'une stratégie inspirée de Toyota et de l'équipe McKinsey qui vise la standardisation des processus et la chasse aux gaspillages.

    En résumé, le déploiement du projet repose sur 4 objectifs :
    -Améliorer les conditions de travail des équipes
    -Diminuer les stocks en magasin
    -Diminuer les ruptures et améliorer le service client
    -Équilibrer les charges des collaborateurs

    Depuis 2009 sur le secteur alimentaire, nous déploierons le secteur caisse et non alimentaire de 2011 à 2012
