• Implementation of Corporate Project Control procedures and methodologies;
• Support to Tendering, mostly for preparation of Schedules and Project Control narratives;
• Follow-up of Projects in execution;
• Interface with SIKB Karimun Yard Project Control Team.

JANGKRIK FPU PROJECT (ENI Muara Bakau BV, Indonesia) : LSTK contract (~ 1,100 M USD), in Consortium with HHI, for a barge-shaped FPU (450 MMSCFD Produced Gas, 4,400 BPD Condensate, 17,000 tons of Topsides) performing full offshore process and exporting treated gas and stabilised condensate onshore.
Member of the Project Management Team based in Jakarta, in charge of all project control activities, directly managing a team of 20 persons.
Main Challenges:
• Complex Project Organisation and Management of Interfaces;
• Tight Schedule;
• Fabrication, Load-out and Integration performed in Saipem Indonesian Yard (Karimun);
• High “Local Content” requirement.

Project scope: The Project is made of 3 distinct contracts:
LLI - Procurement and Transportation to Kazakhstan of Long Lead Items to be installed on new Island “DC-05”;
D&R - Decommissioning of existing “D Island” Rigs 401 and 402 and Relocation on new Islands “DC-05” and “DC-01” respectively; Storage of existing Equipment recovered from “D Island” Support Facilities;
EPFC1 - Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of New Support Facilities on new Island “DC-05”; and Hook-up of relocated Rig 401.
Member of the Project Team based in Milan, seconding the Project Manager during execution of the 3 contracts, managing a team of 15 persons, in charge of all Project Controls activities, and coordinating the Procurement activities.
February to June 2009:

Project scope: The Proposal is made of 2 distinct tenders:

Project scope: Conception and construction of a new Pipelay and Crane Vessel, a self-propelled vessel (DP Class 3), with a Crane capacity of 4,000 tons and designed to lay pipelines in both J-Lay and S-Lay conditions.

GIMBOA LEASED FPSO PROJECT – SONANGOL P&P - Angola
Project scope: Conversion of company-owned VLCC Magdalaine into a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit; Vessel Refurbishment and Life Extension, Vessel Conversion, Fabrication and Integration of Topsides Process Modules, Commissioning, mobilization on Field, operation (60,000 bpd) and demobilization.
Member of the Project Management Team sharing time between Home Office in Milan and Naval Shipyard in Dubai, managing a team of 10 persons, in charge of all Project Controls activities.

In charge of lump sum price estimates including main equipment and bulk materials, construction, engineering, in particular for the following major projects :
- Proposal for OGD2 gas plant & pipelines (Client: ADNOC), worth US$ 1.4 billion, Habshan, Abu Dhabi (this contract was subsequently awarded to a TECHNIP / BECHTEL Joint Venture);
- F.E.E.D. of a LNG plant and pipelines (Client: TOTAL), Bal Haf, Yemen (US$ 1.8 billion investment).
Also realization of several studies (feasibility, cost reductions).
