  2016 - 2019 For the past 3 years I have managed online digital projects of up to 2000h for danish public or private customers in various industries: in Legal Tech focusing on insolvency workflows & claims handling processes with Kammeradvokaten, in the housing market with Domea.dk, Landsbyggefonden or Esoft, in energy with Gasnet. Most project would be custom, built on top of an Umbraco platform.
  
  In accordance to the specific needs, situation and culture of our customers, I implemented hybrid Agile development frameworks combining Scrum, XP, Kanban and elements of LEAN (mainly via the Jira ecosystem).
  
  I also helped my team improve the software and methodologic structure supporting continuous integration, deployment and test of quality code.
