2. Promote & implement new LCC solutions (Asia / Eastern Europe) = jump from 2% in 07 to 15% in 09
3. Direct management of 6 Sourcing employees : new organization per strategic Commodities / split Procurement-Sourcing performed
4.Definition of Sourcing strategy on line with 4Year Plan targets implemeted at T&D and Product Line levels : identification of key productivity levers, supplier risk mitigation (supplier health survey / supplier close follow-up )
5.Improvement of internal Sourcing processes : suppplier contractualization / Key suppliers management / Sourcing gourvernance at Unit level
6. IT tools implementation : Purchase Request database, ESourcing tool
7. Transversal projects management in full coordination with Corporate- T&D organization
