    Paris 2017 - maintenant Team of 17 people
  • Constellium - Automotive owner project leader & automation leader

    Paris 2013 - 2017 Created and lead the integrated Engineering & Operation team; charged with developing and executing all aspects of capital expansion project over €110M which increased production capacity of Automotive Body Sheet by 250%
    - Implemented LEAN design thinking for alternative solutions that created breakthrough values in term of product quality and production flow lead time
    - Expansion of 12,000m² of APU buildings for new equipment, storage and shipping of Finished Products
    - Installation and start-up of four new production lines (continuous heat and chemical treatment line, inspection line and 2 packaging lines) with strong co-activity in the growing APU
    - No serious accident from 2014 to 2016 in a context of complex integration and with a peak of more than 250 workers per day
    - Lines started in production at expected milestones and the FT3 CAPL line, on the critical path, started 6 months earlier than market standard lead time
    - CAPL line achieved the expected performances & qualified very quickly at our automotive customers, volumes sold in 2016 were 3 times higher than the budget of the business case

  • CONSTELLIUM - FT1 CAPL Task Force leader

    Paris 2012 - 2013 In charge of the daily production and continous improvement of the Continuous Annealing and Pickling Line, bottleneck on the Automotive product route
    - Implemented LEAN Manufacturing principles and tools
    - Lead several KAIZEN events which reduced Automotive claims from 5293ppm to 1051ppm and the scrap rate around 30%
    - Created a hiring and people development processes to growth faster the skills and autonomy of Operation operators and team leaders
    - Increased production throughput by 20% and Automotive sales volumes by 15%

  • CONSTELLIUM - Engineering deputy manager and project leader

    Paris 2009 - 2012 Responsible for overseeing all automation engineering activities at Neuf-Brisach plant.
    - Lead a project for upgrading the cold tandem mill (major equipment in the plant) for €8M in capital investments which improved the capacity and capability of the plant.
    - Implemented Engineering methodology & standards based on V cycle and ANSI/PMI 99-001-2004 norm which improved the project management lead time and deliveries (recognized as best practice of the group)

    Montréal 2006 - 2009 Responsible for various plant level projects:
    - Lead a project wich increased slitting line quality & productivity, bottleneck on Can Body Stock products
    - Continuous Annealing and Pickling Line upgraded in time and with the performances expected for the qualification of german's Automotive OEMs

  • PECHINEY - Process engineer

    Paris 2004 - 2006 Responsible for various Rolling APU level projects:
    - Reduction of thickness tolerances to +/- 5μm on Can End & Tab products without CAPEX (improvement on process parameters of the 3 rolling mills inside the process route)
    - Improved recovery rate of 5% on Can Body Stock products
