CARRIÈRES SUR SEINE

En résumé

Highly motivated and energetic, I have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

In my current position, I am the production manager for a medical device manufacturing company which combines high quality standards and state-of-the art microelectronic and electronic processes. In this role, I manage both the operations team and the industrial engineers - Responsible both for production performance and continuous improvement. Prior to this position, I was the Industrial Quality Manager where I used my skills in Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing to improve process yields and identify design improvements as well as assuring conformance to high regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc).

Previously, I have been employed by Lear Corporation, the largest automobile interiors equipment manufacturer. As the Client Quality Manager, I managed all customer issues and improvement activities and was later promoted to the position of French Business Unit Continuous Improvement Champion, responsable for coordinating all continuous improvement activities for the plants in France, Spain and the Republic Czech. As part of my role, I was involved in an exhaustive program to implement and train Lean and six sigma methodology throughout the plants. Improvements included : time studies of each operation, removal of non-productive time and process simplifications/improvements. We were very successful in reducing headcount, increasing efficiency and reducing throughput times. I worked closely with production and quality in every plant.

A confirmed leader, I firmly believe that I can bring this expertise to your plant and through implementation of lean principles and six sigma techniques make your company increasingly more competitive by reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
