- Elaborating the specific French brand proposition for a new international brand Eclipse (in gum and non gum), and the launch of the brand.
- Refolding the “X-Cite” brand under “Eclipse”, and assuring smooth transition to keep heavy consumers.
- Building the media plan: completing new TV campaign, billboards, in-store communication.
- 2002-2004: Assistant Brand Manager on “Freedent” and “Hubba Bubba” for France and Belgium
- Recommendation and launch of a new kids brand: “Hubba Bubba”.

- Managing the switch from Glaces Gervais to Nestlé Glaces in the field of visual identity.
- Building of a new strategy for the POS material

AUSTRALIA :
- Developing with the media agency the new visual identity of Nestlé Ice Cream in Australia.
- Implementing this visual identity first in Sydney during the Olympic Games to counter competition, and then organising the national roll out.
