  • Autodesk - Senior Developer

    Paris 2016 - maintenant Backend developer for a review and production toolset for VFX, animation and games teams. The tech stack is mostly Ruby on rails, React and PostgreSQL.

    Conducted an upgrade on the Core framework of the application, Ruby on Rails from 1.2.6 up to 2.3.18

    Architectured and developed the webhook system of the application based on multiple services running on AWS. The webhook system is ruby/rails and Postgres/Kafka/Redis.

    Gave a talk at (ADSK TechX 2018) on architecturing and designing multi-components systems (with the webhook system as an example)

  • HelloJam - CTO

    2016 - 2016 Personal assistant for students partially automated with Artificial Intelligence.
    Management of an heterogeneous team.
    Management (roadmap, code review, interviews) of a complex team (1 Front-End developer
    (Angular + React), 2 Back-End developers (Rails), 2 Data-Scientist (R + Python) and 1
    NLP-Scientist (Python)).
    Team scaling (from 2 to 7 people) after a 1M€ fundraising.
    I've done technical interviews and technical tests for the different teams.
    System architecture migration from Vagrant + Puppet on a single VPS to Kubernetes on Gcloud. All the different projects were fully continuously integrated (CircleCi) and deployed (K8s rolling deployment).

  • HelloJam - Back-End Lead Developer

    2015 - 2016 Personal assistant for students partially automated with Artificial Intelligence.
    Rails 4 architecture with PostgreSQL and Redis DB.
    TDD with more than 90% of code coverage and Continuous Deployment to production.
    Setted up the first AI software components in the product (Bayesian classifier and sentiment analysis). Co-writing of an accepted demo paper for Coling2016 ( http://coling2016.anlp.jp/ ).
    Responsible for software architecture.
    Connection to multiple external services to aggregate data (REST, XML, Web Crawling, Google Docs).

  • Koolicar - Lead Developer Ruby

    2014 - 2015 REST API and adapter between multiple Saas applications and connected cars. Ruby on Rails 4 application. Postgres database. Binary processing.

    Remodeling the architecture to make it scalable and more service oriented. Creation of micro services, introduction of workers and expansion of APIs. Decisions on technical design and technologies. Formation of the team. Introducing Continuous Integration.
