2016 - 2017• Launching and implementation of PASO COLOMBIA as a new program in the country mainly in Antioquia department.
• Participated and contributed to the settlement of OEF Foundation in the country.
• Worked closely with the country program director and the team to refine objectives, the scope of work, outcomes, outputs and impacts of PASO Colombia strategic work plan in the first months for Antioquia and the latest months for the entire program.
• Develop and compose with the management team of PASO COLOMBIA the identification of the areas of programmatic engagement with national stakeholders, and contribute with the PASO COLOMBIA Program Director in the preparation of institutional operational and conceptual responses to key stakeholder's requests, related to national dialogue, information management, conflict prevention, peacebuilding, and any other areas within the purview of the strategic mandate of the organization.
• Contribute to establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships with key municipal, departmental and national stakeholders, as well as regional and international actors and development partners; within the operational parameters established.
• Fieldwork research to identify and support coalitions in prioritized regions of Antioquia department, from the public, private and social sectors to make collaboration on all aspects of peace stronger, more trustworthy, and valuable.
• Compiled and analyzed the information collected in the field and shared it with local, regional, national, and international actors through collective impact identifying with them portfolios or sustainable economic opportunities to accompany the reincorporation process into civilian life for ex-combatants.
• Collaborated to maximize the ability of organizations actively working to affect violent-causing behaviours in the prioritized zones of Antioquia towards long-term sustainable impact- social change.

Writing analysis reports about armed conflict in Antioquia Department and Human Rights situation in the region for the decision-making process of Human Rights Direction of Antioquia department likewise evaluate the implementation of the victims' public policy in Antioquia.
Designing and implementing tools to monitor and evaluate the programs to re-establish the rights of the victims of the Colombian conflict in Antioquia Department.
Prepare follow-up reports of the performance indicators that evaluate and measure the effective enjoyment of the rights as victims and the means that government provides to overcome that situation

• Design, testing, and implementation of an information system to manage and monitor the intervention of the victims of the Armed Conflict and tracking effective enjoyment of rights to the components of the victims' public policy that this system takes into account. The implementation of the system was done in 32 municipalities of Antioquia department
• Information management related to victims of the conflict of the Antioquia department to produce statistical and context analysis, Information crossing process from databases and information management of geographical information systems.
• Implementation of Ushahidi platform to deploy to the risks reporting information system of violent events and possible risks of violations of the Human Rights in Antioquia (Online reporting tool, georeferenced)
