-Performs daily inspections, maintains and repairs mechanical and hydraulic rig systems including structures, rotary tables, draw works, block and hooks, winches, air compressors and pneumatic systems, auxiliary brakes, transmissions, mud pumps and top drives.
-Repairs, installs, adjust, or maintain industrial machinery systems in both the field and in the shop.
-Ensure that service, maintenance and other operational reports are accurate and complete to satisfy Regulatory and Company policy / Procedures.
- Maintain adequate supply of spare parts in order to fulfil maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation.
- Carry out periodic maintenance in accordance with Planned Maintenance System guidelines.
- Assist in planning equipment repairs, maintenance so as to minimise the risk of delay through equipment breakdowns.
