    2010 - maintenant Main mission:
    - To built up a local engineering team able to support technically the all range of Sidel product produced in China.
    - To develop local suppliers to be able to produce Sidel product according to specification, quality and cost expectation
    - Technical support to localisation and qualification of blowers, regular & aseptic fillers, labellers in China.
    - Developement, and technical support of home made blowers.

    2008 - 2010 Main mission:
    - Management and supervision of the engineering team (150 pers).
    - Personalisation and implementation of quality standards, processes and CAD rules defined at group level.
    - Technical supervision of engineering activities.
    -Active participation in project management for all R&D programs.
    - Accountable of all safety matters related to CEE machinery directive.
    - Contribution to various programs of standardisation, cost and lead time reduction: lean manufacturing implementation.
    -Support of production externalisation in China.

    2005 - 2008 Expatriate mission:
    - To transfer from Octeville/Mer site to Parma site, complete engineering and product management activities of the BU.
    - To secure selection of resource, their integration, training and competences transfer, in order to warranty complete autonomy of local team.
    - Engineering and product management, design of new range of aseptic filler.

    - Member of management board.

    - Technical coordination between mechanical, process, electrical and automation groups of the engineering department; management of subcontractors.

    1999 - 2000 Main missions:
    - Specification definitions, and technical follow up of combi product (combined machine composed of a PET bottle blower and filler of still or carbonated beverages)
    - Definition and management of the related technical data.
    - Technical coordination with the various subsidies of Sidel group.
  • Gangloff Scoma Industrie (Lyon) - Engineering department manager (8 to 10 persons)

    1993 - 1998 Main missions :
    - Technical coordination between different suppliers of complete bottling lines.
    - Technical definition, follow up of engineering studies and specifications control , for food and pharmaceutical industry applications.
    - Engineering team management.
