    VG Automation : again with a new team we succeeded to double the TO and come
    from -8% to a break even situation after 2 years.
    In 2012 when I left; the TO was still growing with an operational result of + 4 % Ebit.

    VGP - Packaging France: from a portfolio (prospection) of 900 k EUR up to 36 mio EUR in
    lesser than 1 year !!
    We (my team and I) succeeded to bring 5.8 Mio EUR of New business under contract
    beginning 2012 (out of the 36 Mio EUR prospection) The supply chain (central
    management) succeeded to downsize this TO of 5.8 Mio EUR down to 1.2 Mio EUR due to
    misconduct within a period of 4 months !

    Here we missed the synergy between Sales - Production and especially Supply Chain.

    Coming from a prelaunch phase, one year before my arrival, with a negative result of -
    46% (Ebit) on a poor TO, we succeeded to (more than) double the TO (x 2,4) within
    the next 3 years with a positive net result of 9,4%. TO grow up to 2 Mio EUR with high
    Potential.
    This job was one of the most exiting experiences I ever did. Travelling around the
    world; meeting people in Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, South Africa, India
    and all European countries. Learning a lot from other cultures and being impressed by
    their proud and hospitality I got all over. Just fantastic. My story; I would be proud to
    tell you more about this.

    3 ½ years later we offered an MBO (my entrepreneurial character) to our shareholders
    in South Africa, who refused.

    Nampak was the 4th biggest Packaging Printing Group in Europe in 2005; printing of
    packaging on flat cartons. Previously ; Bonar, M.Y. Cartons, Nampak Cartons,

    Contego (Financial Equity Group) and now GPI - Graphic Packaging International, an
    American Group with a TO of 5 Billion $ in the States (USA) and wants to become
    the biggest in Europe too ( in 2014 +- 750 Mio EUR )

    Starting with a portfolio of 200 k EUR in Brussels area. I built up (this time mostly alone) an
    export sales market of 4,5 Mio EUR within the next 2 years in Germany (Austria and
    Switzerland), France, UK, and Scandinavia.

    Concentra Grafics bought in the year 2000, one of the biggest offset Rotative printing presses
    in Europe (64 pages - investment +- 25 Mio EUR ). Unfortunately, they realized that with the
    ``local'' customer they had not enough ``food'' to give to this tremendous machine.

    Starting from scratch in 1990, we build up one of the largest distribution company in sport
    textile in the Benelux. We started as a one man company and as such we learned a lot about;
    logistics, marketing, sales, vat & taxes, accounting, networking, lobbying with some
    institutions and organisations, and a lot more.
    This was a lifetime experience that brought me the basis of all knowledge I can use in my
    functional situation in today's business in combination with the studies I made. Synergy
    between theory and practice.
    After 7 years (1997) we became one of the biggest retailers in sportswear in the Benelux.
