* Collateralized issuance vehicle Projects and Issuance programs
* Draft and design together with the engineering team of Rule Books, Order offers from BNP Paribas of a complete range of proprietary indices and strategy derivatives across equities, fixed income and commodities as well as alternative and multi-asset indicesproductions: vanilla - exotic - Variance/ Dispersion / Skew

In addition, part of an advisory and transaction management team located on the trading floor, supporting a business line that is constantly pushing the boundaries of innovative structured derivatives technology.
The Equity Derivatives Structuring and Regulatory Team intervenes into the draft process of procedures and internal presentations with regard to the latest regulations, set up of process in order to ease the decision and knowledge. Review of transversal (teams/countries) internal procedures, audit of the global legal framework and set up of a full presentation.

International Finance Department (from 2001-2006)
Structured, negotiated and assisted the business lines of Large Corporate and Financial Institutions for the structuring, setting up and implementation of complex finance transactions.
Negotiated, advised and drafted international banking loans/financings (multi-sourcing, multi-currencies, multi-lenders and multi-jurisdictions).
Assisted Relationship Managers in negotiations for the granting of Buyer Credits/Seller Credits (with and without governmental insurances) and structured and set up international finance and trade banking guarantees issuances transactions and securities.
Set up of a Legal Practice Group dedicated to the Large Corporate and Financial Institutions business lines
