Integrated in the UAE sales team and responsible for the indirect sales in Qatar my main missions are:
-Yearly asses the network of distributors: define qualitative and quantitative benchmarks in order to produce a clear rating
-Set up target (qualitative and quantitative), according to customer capabilities, market trends and project pipeline shape
-Carry out business review with distributors, reviewing KPIs as per targets and setting up correctives actions if needed (co-branded en users visits, flash sales, special offers, specification days...)
-Carry out projects Pipeline review: identify and qualify the main stakeholders, allocate resources as per the project stage, analyse of the pipeline shape, set up forecast and business planing
-Set up marketing campaign and contribute to the design of marketing tools such as "solution overview" (a clear description of the typical solution for verticals like schools, hospitality...) and "success stories"
