    Paris 2012 - maintenant - Process Design Package – INEOS Technologies; Client – NINGBO Fortune Petrochemical, China
    • Worked on Polypropylene gas phase reactor section – developed process data sheet for equipment including the reactor, pumps, condenser, cyclones etc.
    • Detailed study of the reactor including calculation of nozzles for recycle gas and quench lines.
    • Estimated the PSV size for critical equipment such as the reactor, purge columns, etc.
    • Worked on the extruder section – developed process data sheets for the extruder and equipment included in pellet water loop.
    • Worked on Additive loading section – calculation of the number of additives feed hoppers required and corresponding additives that are compatible with each other / product on same hopper.

    • Developed Line lists; Instrument Data Sheet, PSV Process Data Sheets, Flare Discharge summary – PP unit.
    • Participated in HAZOP studies and client meetings for PDP on the Polypropylene Plant

    2009 - 2009 - Developed methods to optimize batch cycle time of fat splitter; resulted in 10% increase in output
