Accountabilities:
* To maintain field production and injection rates at target levels by ensuring the continuity of well hookups and pipelines construction and maintenance according the requirements of subsurface direction.
* To ensure the availability and operability of the facilities including the Central Processing Facilities and gathering systems by ensuring timely completion of all pertinent fields change proposals, modifications, maintenance and repair.
Tasks:
* Organize and plan the achievements of the facilities under the best conditions of cost, quality and time (welding and maintenance of pipeline and gathering system, as well as process piping, civil, electricity, Instrumentation, NDT, heat treatment, hydro tests).
* Plan and implement the various stages of hook ups project: scope of work, technical negotiations, material requisitions, management of project teams (engineers, technicians) and contractors, sites supervision, planning management and drafting budget requests.
* Verify that the work permit is strictly adhered to and according to HSE policy and regulations and participate in meetings of the risk assessment and HAZOP.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements, procedures, regulatory compliance equipment and facilities before commissioning.
* Ensure that all relevant documentation relating to facilities and gathering system will be updated after work
completion.
* Reports to Field Managers. ;
