En résumé

I’m administering prepaid platforms (Intelligent Networks) and value added services. I’m managing a team dedicated to operations of platforms and applications. Daily basis I’m making sure that servers indicators of performance and applications are below the threshold of monitoring and otherwise I take necessary measures to restore good working condition. I’m playing the role of first support in case of crash due to a software, configuration, connectivity or hardware problem.
I’m assisting the marketing team, based on features and capabilities of the equipment installed, I do the feasibility study of promotions and bonuses (or any other configuration request) and offers alternatives if necessary.

I worked in the mobile telecommunications companies in last 7 years.
