  Administrator for the Polymeric Composite Laboratory: as the interface between the Laboratory, the University, the sponsors and all other institutions, I kept the dynamic of the information through e-mails, phone calls, video conferencing and meetings.
  Developed new material qualification process for The Boeing Company: Analyzed the entire value chain, benchmarked suppliers, identified critical steps, estimated ability to reduce flow and cost improvements and proposed solutions.
  Managed a team of graduate and undergraduate students involved in the projects sponsored by industries, and played the role of interface between industry and academia.
  Project Management: worked in teams with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers on technical and financial research project to improve composite Unit Load Devices (cargo containers) for commercial airlines.
  Worked in a project to develop a virtual electronic laboratory concept focusing on research and on analysis of opportunities.
  Planned, organized, and schedule workshop and symposia on Project Management, Materials Science and Management of Technology in Seattle (USA), Lille (France) and Athens (Greece) on topics related to the aerospace and sporting goods industries for the past 5 years.
