  •Country missions in the 9 NSI’s of the Mediterranean countries in 2006 and 2007 for the evaluation of their statistical training needs
  
  •Consultant for the National Statistical Institutes of Mediterranean countries ( six countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia and Syria) for the establishment of training units,the evaluation of training needs of their staff and the management of training activities;
