* Commissioning all process instrument associated in wellhead 1,2,3 and preparation for start up operation in offshore. ;

* Commissioning and verify all instrument signal from field to plc marshalling cabinet DCS input output signals and confirm all input signal to Foxboro DCS ;
* Loop checking of all package instrument and confirm the indication on HMI (Allen Bradley type) located at common local control panel. ;
* Perform cold loop and hot loop check of process field instrument including package and confirm the correct indication to DCS, also the all types of fire and gas instrument such as smoke detector, flame detector and FM 200 deluge. ;
* Assist vendor package to check input output list interface signals analog input signal and analog output signals MCC interface signal DCS signal, Running indications and tripped signals. ;
* Perform actual bench and field calibration, inspection of all instruments such as pressure transmitter flow and temperature transmitter including simulation also involve and testing MCC control system of all pumps motors in the field areas. ;
* Perform commissioning test procedure (CTP) on all skid package system, diesel transfer tank, wash down storage tank, test separation system, instrument air receiver, package chemical injection skid, hydraulic power unit, close drain and open drain. ;
* Fill up IFR and preparation of loop package test sheet, data sheet, calibration sheet, drawing attachment as per project. ;
* Mechanical completion
* Punch list as per client required. ;

* Purging on the regeneration gas compressor system will be under compressor shut down for maintenance procedure. ;
* Depressurising of the driers must be done very slowly to prevent high differential pressure across the beds. ;
* Stroking of the KS valves can be done under supervisor environment only. However stroking of the KS valves must not be done under high differential pressure across the valve to prevent damage to the valve seat and the downstream equipments. ;
