    Manager responsible for technical specification drafting, infrastructure development and establishment of various laboratory tests. Familiar with the product realization process according to client requirements.

    In charge of monitoring and following all production phases for each designed optical products, including managing and coordinating 15 employees from design, procurement, production & Industrial Relations department to realize all products. Moreover, manage an overall 1 million euro budget and carry out adequate distribution of human and material resources. Enrich experiences of coordination, communication, human resources and crisis management.

    Responsible for the prototyping phase improvement: Changes of the purchase process, new methods of internal communication development and improvement of product validation phase.

    Assistant of Purchasing director and supply chain manager. In charge of sourcing and price/deadline/clauses of contracts negotiation. Execute work function requiring of product knowledge, developing supply chain relationships and purchasing strategies development with each participant with dexterity.
